Weekend Workshop CPD FULL (8 students) 1st - 2nd April 2017 (Sat and Sun) MID-LINE DYNAMICS Cost £150 A combination of Yoga Asana and Craniosacral listening processes. This weekend will involve asana practice - using various asana sequences within the context of vinyasa that will stimulate and engage the potency in the midline. This is aimed at bringing us into a felt sense relationship with our own midline dynamics. (main nadi - shushumna). We will spend time in meditative processes of self and other listening, encouraging the process of feeling the CSF (Cerebospinal Fluid) and its tidal qualities in our bodies. This is called Primary Respiration. We will explore the felt sense of this and the Potency or Prana that drives these tides in our bodies. If we are able to develop our own relationship to these experiences of mid-line dynamics in ourselves - it will help us to further develop our skills as teachers. The balance of observation, listening and doing will be explored in this open, relaxed learning environment. ...
